This exam is for professionals already engaged in the field of Human Resources who do not already have a certification or who want to add to their certifications and accreditations.

This is not a training course. It is a professional exam and you should already have relevant industry and career experience before you attempt it.

There are 10 HR related questions in the exam and you have 60 minutes to complete the exam.

A grade of 60% or above is required to pass the exam and be awarded certification.
