Employer Expectations
Most employers will expect you to already have at least some understanding of leadership and management upon promotion.
This is defined as the skills and attributes that complement your technical expertise and subject knowledge — things that make great managers and leaders what they are, skills such as communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
Six Weeks
Over six weeks, the Leadership & Management Programme immerses students in understanding the dynamic role of management; you will broaden your horizons by covering an intense curriculum and explore how decisions are made, how change happens and how to get the best performance from the people who look to you for leadership.
At the end of this programme you will have learnt how to lead change, think critically, use power and authority responsibly and you will have developed greater and more mature confidence in your leadership and management skills.

About Your Course
The Leadership and Management Programme is broken into six seperate lessons. Each lesson has individual topics on a particular subject.
After lesson number three there is a mid-course test, this tests your knowledge of the lessons you have completed to date.
After lesson number six you will complete your final exam. To receive a certificate you must pass this exam with a pass rate of 70%.

Some common scholarship application questions.
- You must be 100% committed to completing the entire course.
- All lessons are in English, complete fluency is required.
- Take into consideration the exam fee, this is not included in any scholarship award.
If you are awarded a scholarship place then your tuition fees are fully covered and free of charge. If you are not awarded a scholarship, the tuition fees are £395.00 (GBP)
For scholarship students, to sit the final exam and be awarded certification for your programme the exam fee is £60 GBP ($85 USD approx) for Certificate courses. This cost is outside the control of the academy and is not included in the tuition scholarship.
You must be an exisiting manager and already manage a team of at least 2 people.
You also have to commit to following the course with 100% commitment. It is important that all students are fully focussed on their success. If you miss classes or deadlines you will lose your scholarship place on the programme.
For various reasons you may not be in a position to afford to pay your exam fees, in this situation it is better to apply for a scholarship at another time when you are more financially secure. Exam fees are outside the control of the academy and cannot be discounted or included in a tuition scholarship.

Meet your tutor
Paul Russell is an international trainer and speaker with approaching 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s most recognisable international brands and companies.
Paul is co-founder and managing director of Luxury Academy London which specialises in luxury skills development across the world.
Paul was born and spent his formative years in Mumbai India where he was privately educated by a team of three international tutors until 12 years of age. At twelve he was sent to England to complete his education and A-Levels at boarding school
Paul holds a BSc, MSc and Doctorate in Workplace Psychology.
Paul regularly features in the media and has been interviewed by Sky, BBC, ITV, Times of London, Daily Mail, Entrepreneur Magazine, Family Office Magazine and Luxurious Magazine.
