The average starting yearly salary for a luxury manager or supervisor, depending on the country you work in, is usually around £24,000 in Europe, $45,000 in the USA and Rs.8.5 Lakhs in India.

A luxury manager is always expected to embody both their brand and luxury itself. This is expected even when out socialising or on social media, you are always representing  your brand.

It can be both daunting and exciting to know that you are representing and helping to manage the direction of an iconic luxury brand. 
Remember though that behind all the glamour, there are long working hours and sometimes a very hectic travel schedule.

Finding a Job

Job Search Consultant

After you have completed your diploma and passed your final exam, you will be allocated a job search consultant from one of our recruitment partners if you require this.

Their role is to work with you to look at suitable job opportunities, discuss with you different vacancies which exist throughout the luxury and premium sector and to organise job interviews with prospective employers.

Your job search consultant is there to support you and guide you throughout the recruitment process.

Job Interviews

You will be expected to attend job interviews as part of the recruitment process whilst working with your job search consultant. It is important that you take these interviews seriously.

You should arrive on time, immaculately groomed and display the passion and drive that is essential when working as a manager in the luxury sector.

What will my Salary Be?

Salaries vary from country to country and city to city. You should not choose your first management job in the luxury industry based on salary. Rather you should choose it based the potential of the role.

Course Tutor

Paul Russell is an international luxury trainer and speaker with approaching 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s most recognisable international brands and companies.

Paul is co-founder and managing director of Luxury Academy London which specialises in luxury skills development across the world.

Paul was born and spent his formative years in Mumbai India where he was privately educated by a team of three international tutors until 12 years of age. At twelve he was sent to England to complete his education and A-Levels at boarding school.

Paul holds a BSc, MSc and Doctorate in Workplace Psychology.

Paul regularly features in the media and has been interviewed by Sky, BBC, ITV, Times of London, Daily Mail, Entrepreneur Magazine, Family Office Magazine and Luxurious Magazine.
