Learn to understand the mindset of high net worth individuals and develop your confidence to attract them as clients. The 5-Day Challenge on How to Attract High Net Worth Clients will teach you what kind of companies and vendors luxury and high net worth clients prefer to work with and why.
Not all wealthy clients are the same
The key to getting High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) as your clients, is in understanding their behaviour as consumers. A good starting point is to look at the brands they currently buy from e.g. Apple, Aston Martin, Mercedes, Rolls Royce, Mont Blanc, Rolex etc. Studying these brands will give you valuable insights into what these individuals expect from their buying experiences and how your brand should match these experiences.
The buying behaviours of affluent individuals can be confusing and seem almost contradictory at times. For instance, they like high-end products but also buy every-day items. They enjoy caviar but will also shop at a discount supermarket.
Some like traditional values and meeting in person, whilst other prefer fast, no nonsense conversations. Confused yet? One of the great things about have HNWI’s as clients is that they are very loyal, especially to brands that give them great service and make their lives easier.

Meet your tutor
Paul Russell is an international trainer and speaker with approaching 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s most recognisable international brands and companies.
Paul is co-founder and managing director of Luxury Academy London which specialises in luxury skills development across the world.
Paul was born and spent his formative years in Mumbai India where he was privately educated by a team of three international tutors until 12 years of age. At twelve he was sent to England to complete his education and A-Levels at boarding school
Paul holds a BSc, MSc and Doctorate in Workplace Psychology.
Paul regularly features in the media and has been interviewed by Sky, BBC, ITV, Times of London, Daily Mail, Entrepreneur Magazine, Family Office Magazine and Luxurious Magazine.
