NLP in a Nutshell

Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP), in short, is the method of performing behavioural change through conversation. It is a subconscious form of persuasion.

By using certain verbal and non-verbal language patterns, an NLP Practitioner can trigger specific responses in their clients subconscious mind.

If you’ve ever heard of Derren Brown, you’ll probably know that he uses NLP techniques on his UK television programme to perform feats of supreme persuasion, mind control and mischief.

Utilising NLP practises and processes allow you to understand the incredible power of tapping into the subconscious mind to make positive and lasting changes.

What NLP boils down to is effective communication with others and with yourself in many different situations. NLP is used by trainers, sports coaches, life coaches and therapists alike.

If you practice NLP with a genuine, ethical approach, you may learn how to better solve problems, make connections and speak confidently and persuasively.

NLP can help you be a better coach, trainer and therapist.

NLP Practitioner

Understanding & Guiding Behaviour

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) refers to the approach of changing the behaviors, perceptions, responses and communication of an individual in order to achieve specific goals and objectives in life.

NLP was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s. The founding principle of NLP is that every individual creates their own map of the world which is perceived through their sensory experiences.

NLP provides individuals with techniques and practices to help them model the performances of successful people in their field of interest.

NLP is also used by businesses to improve the personal development of the employees and for the success of the organisation.
