Your Scholarship Offer
I am delighted to inform you that you have been offered a tuition scholarship on the Leadership and Management Certificate Programme. Your course will start on Monday 16th of August 2021 and your first live class will be on Saturday 21st August 2021 at 5pm UK BST.
Your course is a blended course and is 100% online. There are six live classes for you to attend. Live classes take place once per week. The day and time of your class can be found inside your learning dashboard.
Your scholarship will cover tuition fees of £395.00 (GBP). It does not cover your exam fees of £60 (GBP) www.xe.com, this amount needs to be paid directly by you.
Your exam fee is paid in two instalments,
- £20.00 – upon acceptance
- £40.00 – six weeks later
Confirming your place
You can pay your exam deposit by debit or credit card or by PayPal. As a UK based academy, we do not accept mobile payments or Mpesa as these payments are restricted to countries within Africa. To comply with UK money laundering laws we do not accept Western Union or Cash
To secure your place, please settle your exam deposit of £20 within 48 hours. If you have not secured your place within the offer period it will be cancelled and offered to the next applicant in line.
If you would like to match your exam fee payment schedule with your salary and you require an extension on the 48 hours, please let me know and I’ll be happy to discuss options with you

About Your Scholarship
The Certificate in Leadership and Management is a blended, online learning programme which include both self-paced video lessons and weekly live online classroom sessions.
All of your lessons take place online but each programme has a defined start and finish date. Please ensure you read your batch information carefully. You will receive this information by email when you confirm your place.

Exams & Certification
Your scholarship covers tuition fees of £400.00 (GBP). Your exam fees of £60.00 GBP are not included in your scholarship offer.
Exam fees are paid in two installments. A £20.00 deposit upon acceptance of a place and £40.00 the week before you sit your exam.
Your final exam is done inside a virtual exam hall and is supervised by and external protor. Exams are subjective in nature and require that you show a solid understanding of the course content and subject.
FAQ
Do I attend classes?
Yes. There is one class every week. This is a live class and is delivered via Zoom.
Can I use any device?
You can use any device to view your video lessons. Your exam should be done on a computer.
What is the duration of a class?
Classes last approximately one hour but may run to ninety minutes depending upon the subject.
How do I pay the exam fee?
You can pay your exam fee using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. We do not accept Mpesa or mobile money.
Can I download video lessons?
You cannot download lessons. All video lessons are accessed through your dashboard or through the app.
Is the certificate recognised?
CPD accreditation is a professional workplace qualification that is recognised in most countries.
Are there course materials?
All lessons are delivered by video and through your dashboard or app. There are no other materials required.
How do I get my certificate?
Your certificate will be emailed to you uUpon successfully passing your final exam.
Meet your tutor
Paul Russell is an international trainer and speaker with approaching 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s most recognisable international brands and companies.
Paul was born and spent his formative years in Mumbai India where he was privately educated by a team of three international tutors until 12 years of age. At twelve he was sent to England to complete his education and A-Levels at boarding school
Paul holds a BSc, MSc and Doctorate in Workplace Psychology.
Paul regularly features in the media and has been interviewed by Sky, BBC, ITV, Times of London, Daily Mail, Entrepreneur Magazine, Family Office Magazine and Luxurious Magazine.
